Spirit Guides is a fun-fuelled, game-oriented adventure in spontaneous theatre, improvisation and comedy. In six workshops, Darren Yorke will guide Spirited Players from playing schoolyard favourites to making 'Absolute Scenes!' with Team Spirit.
Each workshop has its own feel and focus (see below), exploring unique aspects of being, at play. In sequence, they serve as an energetic yet enlightening journey to a holistic state of being, play-making, and performing, in one spirit with a team.
More "spirited" than spiritual, and less planned than "intentionally prepared", these workshops are open to what happens in the moment — even if it feels a little bit bold.
